This paratha is stuffed with chicken and the paratha is coated with eggs. Now let us know the method of making it –
Cooking time- 40 minutes


3 eggs, whipped
200 grams Chicken (minced meat)
1 onion (chopped)
1 Tomato (chopped)
5-6 green chillies (chopped)
1 tsp ginger paste
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 teaspoon black pepper powder
2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup wheat flour
1 cup internal
U 1 cup of milk
salt to taste
recipe –

Mix salt and milk in flour and flour. Then knead a soft dough by adding water to it. After that, keep the dough covered with a wet cloth for a while.
Now heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds. Then add chopped onions and green chillies and fry them till they become pink.
After this, add ginger garlic paste and stir it. Then mix ground chicken mince and add all the spices and salt.
Now cook the chicken on low heat till it turns brown.
Then add chopped tomatoes and stir. Then add chopped coriander and turn off the heat.
Your chicken stuffing is ready.
Now break the medium sized dough balls from the dough and roll a paratha by rolling a little stuffing in the middle of it and close the dough.
Now heat the non-stick griddle by adding a little oil. Then break an egg and put it in the bowl.
Bake by putting the paratha on the pan and place a beaten egg on it with the help of a brush.
Turn the paratha and lay eggs on the other side as well. Sprinkle some black pepper powder and salt over the paratha.
After that fry it and serve it.
