First of all, wash the chicken well and cut it into medium and equal size. Now keep it aside for 10-15.

Now we will marinate the chicken. Take chicken in a bowl, add a pinch of turmeric powder, red chili powder, green coriander powder, chicken masala, lemon juice and mix it well from all the sides.

After mixing it well, keep it in the fridge to marinate for about 2-3 hours.

Now heat the oil in a pen and after the oil is hot, fry the onions.

– Heat the water in a vessel and make a bundle of all the standing spices, cardamom, black pepper etc. in a cloth.

Now add rice in hot water and add salt and also add this bundle.

Cook for 9-10 minutes and drain the extra water (do not cook it much).

Then heat ghee in a pan and add ginger lesion paste and roast and now add onion and fry for 2-3 minutes.

Now add all the spices like red chili, turmeric, coriander, chicken masala.

Now add marinated chicken to it, mix well and cook for 5-10 minutes.

Now add fresh cream and salt to it.

– If it seems too thick, then add a little water in it.

Now take a thick bottom pot and put a layer of chicken in it. Now add fried onions, add the saffron milk and 1 teaspoon oil and then add rice.

Likewise, make 1-2 layers.

Then heat a pot and put this pot on it. Cook it on low heat.

– This method is called dumna. The slower we cook it, the better it will taste. Allow cooking for 15 -20 minutes.

Now turn off the gas and let it stay for a while. Then add green coriander to it.
