3 small cardamom

1 large cardamom
7-8 black mirch
½ tsp kewda
½ teaspoon rose water
3 tablespoons desi ghee
½ teaspoon royal cumin

2 tablespoons milk

To make mutton biryani, put papaya paste inside the mutton paste and mix it well.

Now keep it inside the refrigerator for 8 to 10 hours.

Now put the onion in hot oil in a pan and fry it, then when the onion turns brown, then remove it.

When you are 8 to 10 hours, take out the mutton from the first, and inside it, you will add curd, green chilies, salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, ginger paste, garlic paste, half-fried onion, 1 tbsp rose Add the leaves, ¼ cup mint, 4 cup coriander, and garam masala and cover it once again and keep it for 30 minutes in a fridge.

Now you put 6 cups of water inside a pan and add salt to it and boil the water. Then add rice in it and when the rice is half cooked then filter it out.

Now add small cardamom, cinnamon, long, big cardamom, black pepper, 4 teaspoons rose water, 2 tablespoons of desi ghee, and shahi cumin in it and peel them and mix them well. Dip the saffron inside the milk.

Now in a large pan first put the mutton mortar, layer the rice on it.

Then add the fried onions, kewra, mint, coriander saffron, ghee, rose leaves, and ginger.
