Small Prawns / Chingri – 300 grams
Coconut Milk – 1 cup
Turmeric powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Red chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
salt to taste
Oil – 2 1/2 tbsp
Onion sliced ​​- 2 medium size
Garlic chopped – 1 teaspoon
Cashew paste – 2 tbsp
Rye paste – 2 tablespoons
Green chili – 2 cut in the center

Take the prawns in a bowl, mix turmeric, red chilli powder and salt and keep aside to marinate.
Put half a teaspoon of oil in a pan, then put prawns in it and cook for 2-3 minutes. Then filter it and take it out on a paper.
Now heat the remaining oil in the pan, then add onion to it and turn it pink. Then add garlic to it and cook for a minute.
After that put cashew paste in it. Add some water and mix the rye paste over it.
After this, add coconut milk and cook for 2 minutes. Then add chili.
Then mix the fried prawns and a little water.
Put salt on top and cook for a minute and turn off the gas.
Now serve it with hot paratha or cumin rice.
